OPEC Oil Output Cuts This Fall unlikely says Khelil Algerian Energy Minister

March 17 (Bloomberg) -- Algerian Energy Minister Chakib Khelil talks with Bloomberg's Francine Lacqua about OPEC's decision today to leave production limits unchanged for the fifth time since 2008. Ministers from the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries met today in Vienna. OPEC, which supplies about 40 percent of the world's oil, set its official cap at 24.845 million barrels a day.
